FUSION integrates many different tools that the CCC system has used to manage program planning and delivery.  Previously this process was managed by software and spreadsheets that resided on different computers in different locations, creating problems including:

• Data not available in a timely fashion
• Unsure as to what version of data is being used
• Difficult to reconcile multiple versions of one piece of data

By putting the management process into an online software package, it becomes accessible, easy to understand, and eliminates many of the problems that plague the old planning process.

FUSION is broken down into seven different functional modules that encompass a significant portion of the planning needs for the CCC system.
