The options lists are only available to administrators at the state level
since any changes in the options lists will be reflected throughout FUSION.
Currently there are
- Budget Authority Chapters - Allows users to assign appropriate COP and
SM chapter numbers to budget years
- Building Condition Code - designates a building's condition - to be
replaced with FCI from the
Assessment module
- Campus Type Code - lists the different types of campuses (campus,
center, etc)
- CFIS Codes - lists the different options for CFIS codes
- Construction Code - lists the different options for building
construction types
- COP Bonds - lists current bonds in FUSION
- Fund Code - lists types of funding available; currently there is only
state and non-state
- Load Code - designates what space usage types are associated with
different Title V types
- Location Code - lists location codes for campuses in Space Inventory
- Owner Code - designates a building's ownership status for the space
inventory
- Phase Code - designates different types of capital outlay project
phases
- Plan Type - designates what types of campus a college is
- Program Code - designates the different types of programs that a
facility can belong to
- Project Type - designates the project type for COP Projects
- Room Use Code - designates room uses for the space inventory
- Staff Type Code - designates a staff type used in the forecasting area
- TOP/CSS Code - designates a room's use by the state's Taxonomy of
Programs listing
- Yearly Settings - designates items that change on a year to year
basis
Each options list screen looks slightly different, but the work in
essentially the same fashion. 
The
combo box at the upper left allows users to switch between the different
options lists. The functions at the upper right allow users to
add, edit, and delete individual options list records. When
adding/editing records, all fields are required. A screen similar to
the following one will appear after clicking the Add or Edit links.
 Fill in the appropriate data and hit
the save button to record the changes to the record. |
