What is in the assessment module of FUSION?

3DI has walked nearly every facility in the California Community College system and recorded any problems that they have encountered with the facilities.  Using COMET, 3DI's custom assessment software, the assessors captured these problems, called deficiencies, and determined how to correct them and how much it would cost to fix them. The result is that these deficiencies and other related information on facilities conditions have been put into one database and are available for review in the FUSION website.

What is the difference between COMET and FUSION's assessment module?

The data viewable in FUSION's assessment module is provided by COMET, a full function assessment software package developed by 3DI.  While much of the data from COMET is viewable in FUSION's assessment module, very little can be manipulated or changed.  For the casual user, this will be no problem.  For more advanced users they can access COMET via their Citrix client to use COMET's advanced feature set.
