Summary Screen

The Summary Screen displays a basic outline of the Capital Outlay 5YP submission Process.

  1. Districts prepare their IPPs and FPPs for submission
  2. Districts submit their 5YP
  3. FPU reviews the plan and either moves on to certification (4) or requests a resubmit (2)
  4. FPU certifies the 5YP and begins review
  5. FPPs are scope approved
  6. FPPs are added into the spending plan

During the submission process, a district's submission status will be indicated by what color the district's name is on the navigation tree.
