The eManual module will provide
online help for the FUSION system, both in a technical “nuts and bolts”
sense and in a process “overall” sense. Users will be able to get
information on how to functionally operate the FUSION system while getting
information on the business logic involved. For example, when wanting to learn more about the claims process, the user could go to eManual and pull up the process overview for claims. The user could then learn what a claim is, how it fits into the program process, what is needed to file a claim, and the steps that are involved in submitting a claim. Then, for each of the steps, the user could drill down to an example of a claims screen and get a detailed explanation of how that screen works and what widgets on the screen perform what actions. |
