Purpose:

This report will check for and display invalid (old/updated) TOP codes within each project.  The intent of this report is to give the users a way to identify and correct projects that are using invalid TOP codes for their space information.  Users will be given suggested replacement TOP codes to assist them, if possible.  They will need to modify the general space information or JCAF31 for each project, whichever applies.  On this report, a blue * indicates the former and a purple * indicates the latter.  In addition the users may need to create and approve change request(s) in order to accomplish this as noted on the report.  This report is automatically displayed whenever the district attempts to submit their 5YP AND there are projects using invalid TOP codes.

Data Displayed:

  • District Name (if system level report)
  • Campus Name
  • Project Priority
  • Project Name
  • Old (invalid) TOP Code
  • New Top Code / Description
