Purpose:

Set of reports submitted by districts each year to detail their current space inventory for the given year.  Includes the following elements:

  • Certification - A cover page that needs to be printed out, signed, and submitted to the FPU by the districts to indicate their certification of their Space Inventories
  • Room Use Summary Report - Summary of space on a campus by summary usage codes
  • Room Use Detail Report - Detailed listing of space on a campus by detailed room use codes
  • Room Detail Report
  • Building Summary Report
