1. Run M&O Report on the Space Data Comparison Tab.
2. Not changes to determine if growth in OGSF/ASF is supportable.
3. Review district's 5 Year Construction Plan for cap/loads.
4. Determine if the OGSF is within the cap/load ratio.
5. Discuss with program management as needed.
6. Notify Fiscal Services of approved OGSF for M&O apportionment.
