  1. Have any districts been added to the system?  If so, add them with the Add District dialog.
  2. If new district users are needed, add them in the Setup User Security Roles area.

District

  1. Review District Profile and update the information.
  2. Review the campuses in Campus Tab at the district level for accuracy.
  3. Review the Lands and Locations Tab and add any new lands and locations.
  4. Go to the campus level at each campus and review the Campus Profile.  Update any outdated information.
  5. Review buildings in Building Tab for accuracy.
  6. Review the ASF Summary Tab - Campus ASF to see the distribution of ASF and assigned stations by room use on the campus.
  7. Review the ASF Summary Tab - Campus Lab ASF to review the distribution of lab ASF and capacity WSCH on a campus.
  8. Go to building level at each building and review the Building Profile.
  9. Review rooms in Rooms Tab and modify the status of any rooms that have changed in the past year.
  10. Run the Report 17 and review it for completeness.
